Job Title: SAP Functional Analyst (MM / PP / EWM / RF)
Location: Albuquerque, NM or Phoenix, AZ (on-site presence required with some travel)

We are partnering with a rapidly scaling manufacturing organization in the renewable energy sector. We are looking for someone to serve as a techno functional PM to support a major transformation effort. This role will work closely with internal operations teams and an external Systems Integrator throughout the design and deployment of SAP across supply chain and manufacturing functions.

This individual will be hands-on with configuration during the front-end of the project, collaborating with business teams to shape requirements and build the right solutions. They will assist in evaluating and selecting the Systems Integrator and will coordinate their work through implementation. After go-live, this person will take long-term ownership of the required SAP configuration in this area, managing configuration updates, maintaining functional design, and supporting ongoing enhancements.

Your role:


  • Support SAP-related supply chain and manufacturing initiatives as the internal point of contact.
  • Perform front-end configuration in MM, PP, EWM, and RF to support design and early build activities.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand current processes and translate them into system requirements.
  • Participate in evaluating and selecting the Systems Integrator.
  • Coordinate the SI s functional and technical delivery to ensure alignment with business needs and operational workflows.
  • Maintain cross-functional alignment across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and IT.
  • Track project milestones and communicate status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Ensure the solution supports scalable, efficient end-to-end material and production flows.
  • Support UAT, training, readiness planning, and cutover coordination.
  • Post-implementation, own and manage the SAP solution, including configuration updates, enhancements, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.

What you ve got:


  • 5+ years of experience working in SAP within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
  • Strong functional / technical understanding of:

    • MM (Materials Management)
    • PP (Production Planning)
    • EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
    • RF (Radio Frequency / barcode scanning workflows)

  • Experience coordinating SAP projects or implementation activities with external partners.
  • Background working in high-growth, multi-site manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to translate business processes into structured functional requirements.
  • Strong communication and vendor management capabilities.
  • Clear communicator who can work effectively with technical and operational teams.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to evolving requirements.
  • Able to represent business needs while ensuring quality and accountability from external partners.

Preferred:


  • Experience supporting complex supply chain networks (global suppliers, multi-plant environments, high-volume operations).
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience supporting warehouse automation, logistics, or industrial operations.
