Job Details

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sr Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative data analytics projects that support various operational data stores.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy data analytics programs and processes to support operational data stores.
  • Collect, interpret, and aggregate data from diverse sources for analytics purposes.
  • Create data tools such as dashboards and visualizations to meet business needs.
  • Utilize business intelligence and statistical software to build solutions and perform data analysis.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and clarify expectations.
  • Document high-level and detailed designs, as well as standard operating procedures.
  • Provide production support, including job monitoring and issue resolution.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of programming experience with BASE SAS, SAS/Macros, and Proc SQL.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to work with large datasets and relational databases.
  • Proficiency in developing SQL queries and programming in Python.
  • Ability to understand and support large-scale data pipelines for reporting and analytics.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and analytical problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced SAS programming certification.
  • Experience in developing data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data and analytics.
  • Experience with Data Bricks.
