Description:
The Senior Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the ongoing configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Salesforce platform, which supports Provider Onboarding team. This role is key to ensuring data integrity, compliance with healthcare regulations, and alignment of the CRM system with business goals. You ll work closely with stakeholders from Clinician Onboarding, Credentialing, Clinical Operations, Revenue Cycle, and Compliance to deliver scalable, secure, and patient-centered solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the in-house expert on Salesforce (primarily Health Cloud) and manage all administrative functions.
- Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and automations tailored for behavioral health workflows.
- Support Clinician Onboarding and Credentialing workflows.
- Maintain user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules, ensuring appropriate access for clinical and operational users.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and safeguard PHI (Protected Health Information) in all configurations and data processes.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs related to patient outcomes, care coordination, intake pipeline, and clinical productivity.
- Collaborate with teams to implement tools that improve clinician onboarding and credentialing efficiency, such as integrated telehealth platforms or patient portals.
- Manage third-party applications and integrations, including EHR/EMR systems, marketing tools, and scheduling platforms.
- Monitor platform health, conduct audits, and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Lead Salesforce-related projects, including requirement gathering, documentation, testing, and user training.
- Mentor junior administrators and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, with at least 1 2 years in a healthcare or behavioral health environment.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).
- Experience working with data governance and security in regulated industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially working with business stakeholders and team members.
- Health Care Experience: Resources with health care experience especially with any of the EHR systems
Preferred
- Salesforce Health Cloud experience.
- Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder).
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy regulations.
- Experience with integrations between Salesforce and EHR/EMR systems.
- Previous work with behavioral health-specific workflows (intake, assessments, treatment planning, etc.).

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $50-55 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
