Job Details

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled System Analyst with experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to design, analyze, and support AI-driven systems and solutions. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation, particularly in AI/ML project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate existing systems and workflows, identifying opportunities for AI-based enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document technical and business requirements for AI/ML initiatives.
  • Work with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI models into existing systems and workflows.
  • Develop functional and technical specifications for AI-enhanced applications.
  • Perform gap analysis and feasibility studies related to AI integration.
  • Support data pipelines and model lifecycle management from a systems perspective.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate solutions for AI-related components.
  • Maintain documentation of system architectures, data flows, and integration points.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in all AI-related projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a System Analyst, including at least 1 2 years working on AI/ML projects.
  • Solid understanding of software systems, data structures, APIs, and databases.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), especially services related to AI/ML.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts such as supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, and model deployment.
  • Proficiency in using tools like JIRA, Confluence, UML, and BPMN for documentation and analysis.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
