Role Summary:
Looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead Application Management Services (AMS) for an apparel CPG account. The role focuses on managing application support operations, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance, and acting as the main client contact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage AMS teams supporting multiple applications

  • Own incident, problem, change, and release management

  • Ensure SLA, KPI, and contractual adherence

  • Drive root cause analysis and continuous service improvement

  • Communicate service performance and status to stakeholders
