Description

We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Marlborough, Massachusetts. In this role, you will provide Level 2 technical support to both onsite employees and remote clients, ensuring efficient resolution of IT issues escalated from Level 1 service desks. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software to support end-user needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely fixes, workarounds, and solutions.
Manage and respond to help desk tickets, documenting actions taken and ensuring resolution in line with company protocols.
Provide remote and onsite support for employees and clients, addressing device and software-related concerns.
Set up and deploy new workstations, including equipment installation and account setup verification.
Administer and support Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365 accounts.
Assist with audiovisual setup for meetings and events as needed.
Create technical documentation and training materials for staff.
Test and implement new technologies to improve system efficiency.
Support employee devices such as laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and Macs, ensuring functionality and user satisfaction.

Requirements

Proficiency in Active Directory and Microsoft Azure account administration.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications and their management.
Familiarity with Mac OS and Windows operating systems.
Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems for task management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies quickly.
Previous experience in troubleshooting and supporting corporate devices and software.
Capability to lift up to 50 lbs when handling equipment and hardware.
