Position: Senior Engineering Program Manager
Contract: W2 6 month contract with possible extensions.
Pay Rate: $36.00 - 40/hr. + medical, dental, vision and life insurance.
Shift: Day Shift

Position Summary

BEPC Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager to support capital project planning, execution, and site improvement initiatives for a high-impact industrial operation in Phoenix. This role is essential for cross-functional collaboration, managing capital assets, and aligning projects with long-term strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of capital projects and site upgrades
  • Partner with Engineering, Maintenance, Facilities, and Operations to prioritize capital equipment needs
  • Support product integration and site readiness for new manufacturing contracts
  • Develop detailed scopes of work, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Manage equipment procurement, vendor sourcing, and pricing evaluations
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers for timely, cost-effective project delivery
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and maintain adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Present performance updates, cost reports, and executive summaries to site leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement and contribute to long-term operational strategy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline (required)
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management within industrial, engineering, or manufacturing settings
  • Proven experience in capital project planning, execution, and equipment procurement
  • Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
  • Strong financial skills for budget management, cost analysis, and vendor negotiation
