Java Angular Developer _W2 only

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 12 Months +

Senior Software Engineer within the RMP team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications that support risk and compliance initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions using modern technologies including Java, Angular, and SQL Server.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot), Angular, and SQL Server.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
  • Optimize and maintain existing codebases and database queries for performance and scalability.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and peer mentoring.
  • Collaborate with product owners, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Ensure adherence to secure coding practices and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Document technical designs, workflows, and deployment procedures.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Java and Angular.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL Server and writing optimized SQL queries.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in enterprise risk or compliance platforms.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices.
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
