Duration: 6-12 Months Key Responsibilities Requirement Gathering Elicit analyze and document business needs from stakeholders through workshops and meetings Process Improvement Analyze current processes identify gaps and design future state solutions within Salesforce Solution Design Translate requirements into user stories process flows data models and technical specs often configuring declarative features like workflows flows objects and fields Project Management Manage the product roadmap backlog refinement and scope for Salesforce projects working with Agile Scrum Stakeholder Communication Serve as a liaison between business users Sales Service Marketing and developers admins presenting solutions and progress Testing Deployment Support User Acceptance Testing UAT UAT and ensure business readiness for new releases Data Reporting Analyze data to provide insights build reports and manage data integrity
