Job Title: Project Manager Level III
Location: New York City, NY (On-site)

Job Description:

We are seeking highly experienced Project Managers (Level III) for a long-term engagement with a major public sector agency in New York City, NY. This role is crucial for managing complex, large-scale Health and Human Services (HHS) eligibility systems projects, with a strong emphasis on data conversion, modeling, and legacy system integration.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience as a PMO Project Manager

  • 7+ years of experience managing complex projects, including 2+ years in a leadership role

  • Proven experience in HHS eligibility domains, including Medicaid, SNAP, Public Assistance, HEAP, or ChildCare

  • Deep experience with data conversion, legacy systems, data modeling, ETL teams, and data quality validation

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience managing program budgets of $100M+

  • 7+ years of experience managing resource-loaded project schedules using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Online, including VBA scripting

  • Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance standards

  • 5+ years of experience with Agile development and managing technical projects

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • Excellent collaboration with technical teams, data analysts, and integration partners

  • Proven ability to lead technical discussions

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification (Required)
