Job description:

The Veeva RIM Registration SME will serve as a subject matter expert in Veeva Vault RIM Registration, providing support for implementation, configuration, and integration activities. Responsibilities include analyzing client requirements, managing RIM-related processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing expertise to streamline operations. This is a contract role with a hybrid arrangement, requiring onsite presence in Sunnyvale, CA, while allowing some remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Leading or supporting the configuration and implementation of the Veeva Registrations module to align with business requirements and regulatory processes.
• Expertise in Registration processes with a deep understanding of regulatory and operational requirements in the Life Sciences sector.
• Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of regulatory data, including data migration, remediation, enrichment, and ensuring data quality and integrity under GxP frameworks using Veeva loader.
• Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Customer Service experience with an emphasis on resolving issues, delivering support, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Experience in capturing, managing, and tracking various regulatory events (e.g., manufacturing changes, labeling changes, new approvals) and assessing their impact on existing product registrations across global markets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Previous experience with Veeva Vault RIM or similar applications is highly desirable.
• Experience with system migration, UAT, validation, and training delivery.
• Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
