3+ years (Preferred) experience with Power BI.
3+ years (Preferred) experience with Data Lake technologies.
Proven ability to lead Agile teams and manage complex IT projects.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Agile software development and infrastructure projects supporting Texas''s educational system. This role ensures timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with legislative and strategic priorities. The ideal candidate brings strong Agile leadership, project management expertise, and a passion for educational impact.
Key Responsibilities
Process Consistency (20%)
Develop, implement, and evaluate project management processes for consistency and compliance.
Manage project scope, schedule changes, and resource allocations.
Create and maintain detailed project budgets and plans.
Deliverable Quality (20%)
Monitor and assess the quality of software applications and infrastructure deliverables.
Identify and implement improvement measures to enhance product quality.
Ensure all deliverables meet contractual agreements and budget constraints.
Stakeholder Satisfaction (20%))
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes effectively.
Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback to improve project outcomes.
Leadership (20%)
Lead cross-functional Agile teams through the full SDLC.
Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Vision & Strategy (20%)
Define and communicate the application and technology roadmap.
Coordinate project initiation and planning to align with strategic goals.
Ensure projects support long-term educational and technological objectives.
