IT Web Assist Agent

We are looking for a Customer Service oriented candidate with entry level IT experience and strong communication skills. The Web Assist desk answers inbound calls from clients and is responsible for providing navigational and account access assistance.

Job Duties -

The Web Assist Agent is responsible for providing technical and functional support for web-based platforms and digital tools. This role ensures a seamless user experience by assisting internal teams and external customers with troubleshooting, navigation, and optimization of web applications. Respond to inquiries related to websites, portals, and online tools. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification - Call center experience in a high volume capacity is preferred - Strong multitasking skills - Experience troubleshooting technical errors - Strong communication skills - A strong work ethic with a focus on quality, results, and customer satisfaction.
