Job Title: Lead Python Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of Python-based data pipelines and ETL workflows.
• Build and consume REST APIs for data integration across multiple systems.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries across Oracle and MS SQL databases.
• Utilize PySpark for distributed data processing and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support Power BI dashboards and reporting needs.
• Work with S3-compatible storage (NetApp) and Dremio for data management and virtualization.
• Integrate data from accounting systems and streamline financial workflows.
• Explore and implement GenAI-based solutions to enhance automation and analytics.
• Ensure best practices for scalability, security, and data governance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of professional experience in Python development, with a strong focus on data engineering.
• Expertise in SQL (Oracle & MS SQL) and query optimization.
• Proven experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with PySpark for big data processing.
• Familiarity with Power BI (dashboard creation/support).
• Experience with S3-compatible storage and Dremio.
• Understanding of accounting systems and financial data workflows.
• Solid knowledge of ETL processes, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Exposure to GenAI implementations is a plus.
