Need 15+ Years of experience required
Role Overview:
The Salesforce Business Analyst/Functional Consultant acts as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role ensures that Salesforce implementations align with business goals and deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the primary liaison between business units and development teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Requirement Gathering Document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Salesforce projects.
Backlog Management Prioritize and refine the product backlog based on business needs and stakeholder feedback.
Collaboration Work closely with developers to design and implement Salesforce solutions. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Lead UAT efforts to validate that solutions meet defined requirements.
Training Support Provide end-user training and ongoing support for Salesforce functionalities.
Continuous Improvement Monitor and optimize Salesforce processes and workflows.
Documentation Maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements, user stories, and training materials.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Certifications Salesforce Certified Administrator and Advanced Administrator are highly desirable.
Technical Skills :
Salesforce Sales Cloud and Certinia PSAApex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
Experience with Apex batch classes for financial metrics automation Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams
