Job Description:

• Manage digital projects focusing on Next Generation Planning program which is a Big Rock initiative of client
• Lead a program team of multi-functional, multi-national and cross technology global team
• Manage Program & Project Plan (WBS, Critical Path) with Functional Program managers - own risk management, stakeholder management, Communication, Problem Solving & Budget
• Lead product portfolio investments with a keen focus on outcomes, > 95% Say/DO & quality of deliverables, establishing & adhering to industry & company transformation process such as agile through project management tools Aha, Rally, PPM, ServiceNow and the likes
• Implement the Supply Chain leader s vision & strategy across along with functional partners. Work directly with Senior directors, VPs and business executives to put forth company s long term strategy in supply chain planning space
• Lead financial management for program, work with IT PMO leader for financials, benefit and status tracking. Own activities at PMO tool- Clarity PPM

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in information technology, computer sciences or similar profession or related logistics IT profession
• Minimum 10 years of experience working in IT program management
• Preferably PMP Certified
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
• Solid understanding of standard project management methodologies (Agile/LEAN/Waterfall) with excellent knowledge in scrum.
• Ability to manage assignments with limited supervision.
• Solid understanding of software development standard methodologies and respective quality guidelines.
• Excellent in stakeholder and change management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Desired Characteristics

• Any prior experience in Next Gen Planning application will be huge impact (e.g. Kinaxis, O9, Logility, Blue Yonder)
• Working experience in Supply Chain Planning processes (IBP/S&OP/Material Management)
