Description

PROJECT: Helping assist on a Windows/Hardware Refresh. Migrating from Windows 10 to Windows 11. OVERVIEW: Venetian Las Vegas is the pre-eminent developer and operator of a world-class Integrated Resort that features luxury hotel rooms; best-in-class gaming; retail; dining and entertainment; Meetings, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition (MICE) facilities; and many other business and leisure amenities. ROLE: The purpose of this position is to assist internal Team Members with high quality desk side services which enable them to perform their work related responsibilities to the best of their abilities. The primary purpose of this role is to assist in a migrations from Windows 10 to 11. This requires personal interactions, strong PC and network troubleshooting abilities and the commitment to quality work and complete resolution of the reported issues. This role will be assigned the most complex and executive support challenges. SHIFT: Typical start times are around 7:00am. Candidates need to be relatively flexible regarding their work schedule.

Must have previous experience connecting and installing software drivers associated with external printers Proficient resolving network connectivity issues Proficient installing software installation and related software support/maintenance Support of mobile communication devices; Smartphones, tablets, laptops Proficient resolving Wi-Fi and wireless connectivity issues Ability to perform hardware service on desktops, laptops and printers Ability to coach and mentor less experienced analysts in troubleshooting issues Experience providing formal and informal performance feedback Experience managing to SLAs and proactively monitoring and addressing potential SLA breeches 21+ years of age Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States Ability to communicate effectively in a positive/upbeat fashion utilizing English, both in oral and written form. Have interpersonal skills with focused attention to guest needs to deal effectively with all business contacts. Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company appearance standards. Maintain consistent adherence to the Venetian and Palazzo Unmatched Guest Service Standards. Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
