Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Certified Experienced Scrum Master in Haddon Township, New Jersey. The role involves joining our software engineering team, which is currently revolutionizing its Software Delivery Life Cycle to standardize the software development process. The selected candidate will be an integral part of this transformation journey, implementing and iterating Agile processes to foster team collaboration and deliver high-value outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Implement Agile processes tailored to the team and organization's needs.
Guide the Agile teams as a servant leader and coach, assisting them in self-organization and cross-functionality.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and eliminate hurdles to Agile delivery.
Foster an environment of continuous improvement by defining and collecting agile team statistics and making iterative process adjustments.
Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint demos, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Manage Agile artifacts like product backlogs, sprint backlogs, and burn-down charts to promote transparency and accountability.
Work in close coordination with Product Owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.
Facilitate clear communication and manage expectations across all levels of the organization.
Continually refine Agile practices to address team-specific challenges and align with organizational goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging Agile methodologies, incorporating relevant innovations.

Requirements

Possess a certification in Scrum Master with proven experience
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to maintain quality standards in all tasks and projects
Proficiency in performing ad hoc financial tasks
In-depth understanding of Agile Scrum practices and methodology
Experience working with stakeholders at all levels
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented setting
Ability to effectively use charts and graphs for data representation
Knowledge of best practices in Agile and Scrum methodologies
Skills in statistical analysis and interpretation
Ability to manage deliverables within specified deadlines
Experience with e-commerce application is a plus
Ability to document business requirements effectively
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation in processes and projects
Experience with automation testing tools and techniques
Proficiency in backlog grooming and sprint planning
Background in software engineering
Proven experience in driving continuous improvement
Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Ability to manage intakes effectively
Demonstrated experience in leading transformation initiatives.
