Skill: Genesys CX with Snowflake and Reporting
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
AWS experience.
Genesys Cloud CX, Snowflake and Reporting.
Contact Center Routing experience.
Experience with Onprem Genesys.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Mandatory:
Experience working with Genesys Snowflake platform for historical reporting.
Strong foundation in data analytic, data engineering and cloud platforms with specific experience in Elasticsearch and Kibana.
SQL Proficiency for data manipulation, querying and query optimization.
Ability to understand and interpret real-time and historical contact center metrics to improve customer service and business outcomes.
Experience in developing complex reporting solutions for large data sets.
Industry knowledge and experience in contact center technologies.
Experience creating dashboards for monitoring queue activity, agent performance and interactions.
Desired skills:
Experience with Genesys on-prem and understanding of various Genesys components and composer development.
Exposure for Java/J2EE development and API Development /Scripting integration.
Genesys Cloud CX certification preferred.
