Myticas is seeking a highly skilled Field Application Engineer (FAE) to join our client. In this role, you will act as the primary technical liaison between customers and our headquarters in Korea, focusing on resolving PCB-related quality issues and addressing technical inquiries. You will be responsible for on-site customer communication, coordinating with HQ engineering and quality teams, and providing clear explanations and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex quality and technical challenges in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for PCB quality issues and technical inquiries at customer sites
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issue status, root cause, corrective actions, and technical solutions
- Collaborate closely with HQ engineering and quality teams in Korea to perform Root
- Cause Analysis (RCA) and develop corrective measures
- Provide technical guidance and answers to customer questions related to PCB
- Prepare and deliver technical reports, quality summaries, and presentations for
- Support customer audits, quality reviews, and technical workshops as needed
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams for continuous
- Monitor industry trends and competitive solutions related to PCB quality and technology
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
- 7-10+ years of experience in PCB design, manufacturing processes, or quality engineering
- Strong understanding of PCB design tools (Altium, Cadence, Mentor) and
- Proven experience in quality issue resolution, RCA, and technical troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for customer-facing interactions
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel within North America
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), and high-speed PCB design
- Knowledge of industry standards (IPC, ISO) and quality certifications
- Familiarity with semiconductor packaging or advanced PCB technologies
- Programming or scripting knowledge (Python, C/C++, Shell scripting)
- Project management or leadership experience
- Strong customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
