Job Description
We are looking to hire a talented Sr Android Engineer to design, build, deploy and maintain the next generation of mobile applications. Your primary focus will be developing high-end mobile applications for various internal business customers. Primary duties may include employing test-driven development (TDD), collaborating with the design team for new application features, identifying and fixing application bottlenecks, maintaining the core code, and updating applications published on the App Store.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or master's in software engineering.
- Typically requires 5-7 years of experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Android Development using Kotlin and/or Java.
- Must have experience writing automated tests using frameworks like Appium
- Designing, building and maintaining next generation android mobile applications.
- Providing TDD leadership to ensure exceptional code quality.
- Ensuring enterprise-grade performance of the application to specifications.
- Identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks.
- Maintaining the code and atomization of the application.
- Designing and implementing application updates.
- Ensuring quality and performance of the application to specifications.
- Proficient in code versioning tools including Git, Bitbucket.
- Familiarity with Biometrics, push notifications, usage of Camera API's, etc.
- Experience with continuous integration & Unit tests.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong focus on troubleshooting and issue resolution.
