The pay range for this position in WA is $139,000 - $223,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Senior Systems Engineering Manager - Validation & Test (Bothell, WA)

Your role:
- Leads clinical testing and clinical validation teams for Ultrasound products between Bothell and Cambridge sites
- Manages interactions with some regulatory agencies for product validation test data
- Works with software and clinical leaders in the business to plan program resources and actively manage project priorities
You're the right fit if:
- You have 7+ years of professional in a regulated medial environment, and you have experience in people management.
- You've earned a BS in a technical field, engineering preferred
- Your experience includes Experience with Agile practices such as Scrum and SAFe with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- You have experience with clinical testing and other testing methodologies and enjoy technical leadership and problem solving with other highly motivated professionals.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You are a self-motivated individual with good organizational and time management skills with strong interpersonal communication and relationship skills. Experience working on cross site teams.
