Job Description:

  • Lead and mentor Salesforce development teams and consultants.
  • Design technical architecture and integration frameworks.
  • Collaborate with business and project stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
  • Oversee development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
  • Deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce customizations.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
  • Manage technical risks and provide solutions for complex challenges.
  • Own release management and deployment processes.
  • Ensure alignment of Salesforce architecture with business and technical standards.
  • Foster continuous improvement and innovation in Salesforce capabilities.
  • Drive adoption of Agile methodologies and promote team collaboration.
  • Technical Lead role involves managing and leading the technical aspects of Salesforce projects, guiding development teams, ensuring project alignment with business goals, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, and overseeing integration and deployment activities.
