Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care across Emergency, Critical Care, Operating Room, and Medical-Surgical settings. The RN applies advanced clinical judgment, technical expertise, and evidence-based practice to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients with acute, chronic, and surgical conditions in fast-paced, high-acuity environments.
Responsibilities
Emergency & Critical Care
- Triage patients based on acuity and initiate emergency interventions
- Provide care for critically ill and unstable patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, ventilators, and invasive lines
- Assist with resuscitations, codes, trauma activations, and rapid response events
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams during high-risk situations
Operating Room (OR)
- Prepare patients, equipment, and sterile fields for surgical procedures
- Function as circulating and/or scrub nurse as assigned
- Maintain strict aseptic technique and surgical counts
- Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers intraoperatively
- Ensure safe patient positioning, specimen handling, and documentation
Medical-Surgical Nursing
- Provide care for post-operative and medically complex patients
- Manage pain control, wound care, drains, and post-surgical recovery
- Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and discharge plans
- Coordinate care and transitions between units and services
Required
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific)
- Clinical experience in Emergency, Critical Care, OR, or Medical-Surgical nursing
- Day/Night .
- 12 Hrs Shift
