ServiceNow ITOM Lead Developer - Atlanta, GA Hybrid Model

Key Updates:

  • Client now requires only local GA candidates or those willing to relocate on Day 1 and work onsite from the client s office
  • Strong hands-on experience required in:
    ServiceNow ITOM CMDB, Discovery, Event Management
    Value Stream Management (VSM) MUST
  • There will be a coding challenge during both internal and client interviews MUST

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM (CMDB, Discovery).
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other applications or data sources using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Work on Value Stream Management (VSM) projects, ensuring optimal integration and development.
  • Mentor junior developers and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Create high-quality, precise technical documentation.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of solid Developer experience in ServiceNow ITOM (CMDB, Discovery).
  • 5+ years of expert experience integrating ServiceNow with other applications or data sources including REST and SOAP APIs.
  • 3+ years of developer experience in Value Stream Management (VSM).
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other ServiceNow scripting languages.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once while mentoring other developers.
  • Certification in one or more of the mainline ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS).
