Job Description:
Defined and executed Agile roadmap for Digital Data & Analytics Rx Modernization Platform as a Product across Mail,
Retail, and Specialty Pharmacy, aligning with enterprise strategy and patient needs.
• Partnered with UX, engineering, and data teams to redesign patient profile experience, boosting engagement and usability
across digital channels.
• Worked on the Patient, Prescription and Billing data to develop Pricing, profitability, value-based performance analytics and
reporting requirements.
• Led PI planning and Agile backlog prioritization in Jira, ensuring delivery of high-value features that improved claims
adjudication and billing workflows.
• Championed outcome-driven decision-making by integrating user research and analytics into product discovery.
