Title: Mid-Senior Desktop Support

Position Summary:
Client is seeking a polished and professional Desktop Support Specialist to deliver white glove IT support for approximately 80 executive users, including C-level executives and Vice Presidents, at Parsippany, NJ headquarters.
This is a hands-on, onsite role requiring expertise in Microsoft technologies, strong customer service, and the ability to work discreetly with senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-touch environment. You will provide end-to-end desktop and mobility support, ensuring seamless IT service both in-office and remotely. A rotating on-call schedule is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide white glove deskside and remote support to executives (C-Level and VPs).
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Office 365, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive.
- Support desktops, laptops, docking stations, printers, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
- Maintain and support executive conference rooms, AV, and video conferencing (Teams/Zoom).
- Manage and resolve tickets in ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tools).
- Handle hardware/software lifecycle support imaging, patching, deployment.
- Collaborate with infrastructure/app teams for escalations.
- Support VPN, remote access tools, and mobile device management (MDM).
- Participate in rotating on-call support (including off-hours/weekend).
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in desktop support/executive IT support roles.
- Strong skills in Windows 10/11, Office 365, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, software distribution.
- Experience with mobile device management (MDM) for iOS/Android.
- Hands-on with AV systems, Zoom/Teams conferencing, conference room support.
- Outstanding communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and resolve issues in high-pressure environments.
- Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving ability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior white glove / executive-level IT support experience.
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, ITIL).
- Experience with Jamf, ServiceNow, and MacOS support
