We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who has proven experience overseeing a financial transformation including both business and technical programs of an ERP implementation or migration from one ERP to another. This person must have executive presence and be able to effectively communicate with C-Suite leaders. The ideal candidate would have experience managing global projects where stakeholders are located across multiple locations and countries. In this role you will work directly with the finance executive leading this massive financial transformation with a key focus on resource management, developing overall program plan, rolling up the sub programs of this overall massive program, creating executive briefings, status reports, managing risk, helping build the PMO surrounding this initiative and build the project teams. This would be an impressive program to add to your resume.
Required Skills:
Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
Strongly desire someone with experience supporting financial transformations, financial ERP implementations, financial systems and/or supporting accounting and finance departments as a PM
Expertise with managing stakeholders that span multiple companies/divisions/groups and sit in multiple locations
Managing and influencing teams through a matrix management structure
Agile methodology experience
Excellent planning, influencing and communication skills
Ability to collaborate across teams, build consensus and alignment through to coordination, facilitation, and the ability to influence different groups of stakeholders at all levels
Energetic with a great deal of self-motivation
A strong bias for delivery and ability to translate discussions and ideas into actions
Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities
Experience with change management
Experience working with third party vendors
Desired Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting and finance concepts such as reconciliation a plus
Experience working with a project planning tool such as Smartsheet strongly desired
