Position Summary

CVS is seeking a Senior Network Analyst to join our Retail Network Operations team. This role is vital in ensuring the stability, resiliency, and security of enterprise-wide connectivity across 9,500+ retail locations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in troubleshooting network issues, coordinating with vendors and field technicians, and leading the installation and maintenance of network services and hardware.

Key Qualifications
  • Network Troubleshooting & Resolution: Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues affecting retail stores.
  • Vendor & Field Coordination: Work closely with service providers and field technicians to identify and resolve infrastructure problems.
  • Hardware Deployment & Upgrades: Lead efforts to install new network services, replace outdated hardware, and ensure optimal network performance.
  • Operational Stability & Security: Maintain and enhance the reliability and security of CVS's retail network infrastructure.
  • Incident Response & Documentation: Support incident management, document resolutions, and implement proactive measures to prevent future disruptions.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in network operations, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of WAN/LAN, firewalls, VPNs, and network monitoring tools.
  • Experience in managing network security and compliance within a retail environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent.
  • Experience working with SD-WAN technologies and cloud-based networking solutions.
  • Ability to manage large-scale retail network infrastructures and implement best practices in network security.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$22.59 - $135,960.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
