• Provide common tools for UI, Services and the overall Support and governance.
• Develop and scale automation tool
• Act as L3 client Support
• Manage all lower lane environments within the G10 EM group

• When you're with BAML and Trade capture & lifecycle management group, you're part of a dynamic, cross-functional organization with business analysts, developers and systems engineers, testing professionals and business/technical support professionals
• The candidate will be working on Python based applications within a cross-business capital markets platform
• Design, develop, test and document new support tools including automation to help streamline releases, support tasks, lower lane environment issues
• Deploy updates and fixes, and provide Level 3 client technical support and triage
• Perform root cause analysis of production issues

• Design procedures for system trouble shooting and maintenance
• Maintain and update system architecture diagrams
• Automation of respective tasks
• Monitor software performance
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to deploy and manage code changes
• Participate in Release management task, owning key release management deliverables across multiple AITS
• Define, suggest improve processes required for efficient working of the Core group
• Ability to handle multiple project concurrently
• Write high quality documentation for activities required to complete client support tasks, release an build management tasks, infrastructure management
