Job Details

Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced Workday Security Administrator to support a 15-month enterprise implementation project for a leading healthcare organization.

They are looking for a seasoned Workday Security professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, configuring, and managing comprehensive Workday security frameworks across both HCM and Finance modules.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working on Workday implementation projects within the healthcare industry, with deep expertise in creating and maintaining Role-Based and User-Based Security Groups, domain security policies, and business process security policies. This role requires strong collaboration skills to work effectively with compliance and audit teams, conduct security impact assessments, and implement policies that align with regulatory standards and organizational requirements.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience with Workday Security administration

- Demonstrated experience working on Workday implementation projects (not just support/maintenance)

- Previous experience working with healthcare clients or in healthcare environments

- Strong expertise in designing and configuring Workday security frameworks for both HCM and Finance modules

- Proven ability to create and maintain Role-Based Security Groups and User-Based Security Groups

- Experience developing and managing domain security policies and business process security policies

- Skilled in conducting security impact assessments and ensuring compliance

- Ability to collaborate effectively with compliance, audit, and cross-functional teams

- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards and data privacy requirements

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Availability for near full-time engagement over a 15-month period
