Summary:
The ERP Program Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and management of the ERP program. This position is essential for maintaining organized process workflows, facilitating communication among the program team, and ensuring that the program has critical tools and access to stay on track and meet its objectives. The coordinator will support the program by establishing and ensuring compliance with PMO standards, managing administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, and tracking progress. Additionally, the Program Coordinator will manage internal program change by ensuring effective, transparent communication and training as new PMO processes and standards are rolled out.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $55.00 - $56.00 /hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Summary:
The ERP Program Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and management of the ERP program. The coordinator will support the program by establishing and ensuring compliance with PMO standards, managing administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, and tracking progress. Additionally, the Program Coordinator will manage internal program change by ensuring effective, transparent communication and training as new PMO processes and standards are rolled out.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage schedules, organize meetings, and prepare meeting agendas and minutes. Team roster tracking and onboarding support
- SharePoint Site Management: Build out program SharePoint site, maintain and organize program documentation, new team member training documentation, access management, integration with other tools to streamline workflows.
- Communication: Facilitate communication between program teams, both internal and external. Develop program wide communications - process updates, new materials available, standard work, job aid creation
- Compliance: Ensure that the program team adheres to PMO policies and procedures, as well as relevant company compliance requirements
- Tracking and Reporting: Monitor progress, track milestones, and prepare status reports to support the ERP program
- Working with internal and external customers (Accenture and Microsoft)
- Working with dealers and 10-15 folks within the team.
- Working with new team members and directly with the WD.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree preferred. With 5- 7 years exp in this capacity.
- If they don t have a degree, a candidate with 10+ year experience will be considered.
Desired Skills:
- SharePoint experience (able to build the SharePoint site) in order to collaborate and drive transparency.
- Creating workflows with other MS tools (Power Automate experience).
- Azure DevOps experience or similar tool (Agile work mgmt. tool).
- Experience in documenting training materials and process guides and/or job aides.
- Agile, Scrum, Scaled Agile ( understand this framework)
- PowerBI experience would be a great plus.
- Heavy Attention to detail

- Auditing experience in PMO compliance and/or policies.
- Cross functional coordination.
