Role - Training Lead (SAP Focus)
Location: Remote
Travel: 25 50% to Parsippany, NJ HQ or designated sites
Duration: 12+ months
Pay Rate: $50/hr W2 with no benefits
Interview Process: 2 Video Rounds
Summary:
The Training Lead will plan, develop, and execute end-user training for SAP initiatives, including S/4HANA. This role owns training strategy, curriculum development, LMS coordination, delivery oversight, and reporting. Candidates must have strong ERP/SAP experience, instructional design capabilities, and the ability to manage fast-moving project demands.

Key Requirements:
- Should have 3+ years ERP experience; 2+ years SAP (S/4 preferred)
- Strong instructional design & adult learning principles
- Proven curriculum development background
- SAP training experience; LMS familiarity (Workday Learning a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Travel flexibility (25 50%)
