Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of testing experience in Workday Payroll testing (preferably in a lead role).
Strong understanding of Workday HCM and Payroll modules, including business processes, security, integrations (e.g., PECI, PICOF), and reporting.
Hands-on experience with payroll processing in the US, Canada, or global regions (depending on scope).
Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr, HP ALM).
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Workday certification in Payroll or HCM (preferred but not required).
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Workday Studio and integration architecture (desirable).
Agile and/or waterfall project methodology experience.
Knowledge of compliance requirements like SOX, GDPR, and local payroll regulations.
