Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Payroll functional consulting, with a focus on data migration and validation.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (SAP SF EC Payroll) solution.
- Hands-on experience with data migration tools and techniques within SAP ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify data quality issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- SAP certification in relevant modules is a plus.
- Experience in HR/payroll system implementations or migrations is highly desirable.
