Job Title: ServiceNow GRC Support Specialist
Location: Remote
Contract- W2 only
Job Summary
The ServiceNow GRC Support Specialist provides technical expertise and day-to-day administration for the ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance suite. You will ensure the platform effectively supports the organization's risk assessment methodologies, policy lifecycles, and audit requirements while providing high-quality technical support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Administration
Module Maintenance: Provide Tier 2/3 support for GRC modules, including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
Configuration: Manage and update Entity Types, Authority Documents, Control Objectives, and Risk Frameworks.
Workflow Management: Build and troubleshoot GRC-specific workflows, UI Policies, Business Rules, and ACLs to ensure data security and process integrity.
Upgrades: Assist in the testing and deployment of ServiceNow platform upgrades, specifically checking for impacts on GRC customizations.
Compliance & Risk Enablement
Reporting: Create and maintain GRC dashboards and reports for stakeholders (Audit, Risk, and C-Suite) to provide real-time visibility into the risk posture.
Issue Management: Facilitate the remediation task process by tracking identified issues and ensuring they are assigned to the correct owners.
Integrations: Support integrations between GRC and other modules like ITSM (Change Management) or SecOps (Vulnerability Response).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise
ServiceNow Core: Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
GRC Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) data model and how Citations, Policies, and Controls interact.
Data Management: Experience with import sets and Transform Maps to load external regulatory data or audit evidence.
