Provide comprehensive technical and functional support for EAB Navigate (Student Success and Recruitment Success).
- Serve as the system administrator for EAB Navigate.
- Review and improve departmental business processes to maximize the effectiveness of EAB Navigate.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical and functional issues.
- Maintain critical data within EAB Recruitment Success.
- Proactively seek and implement integrations of EAB Navigate across departments.
- Create training materials and deliver in-person training to end-users across various departments.
- Maintain accurate academic programs and pathways within EAB Navigate.
- Actively participate in conference calls and in-person meetings related to the platform.
- Serve as a key member of the EAB Leadership Team.
- Manage employee access to systems.
- Generate and distribute requested reports.
- Design, enhance, and maintain the Early College application.
- Update the application, associated electronic forms, and data templates on an annual basis.
- Provide expert assistance to end-users regarding functional and technical requirements.
- Provide dedicated support for Ad Astra (Schedule and Monitor).
- Maintain accurate program and pathway information within the system.
- Assist end-users with insightful report analysis.
- Support event scheduling functionalities and room utilization analytics.
- Serve as an engaged member of the Ad Astra Leadership Team.
- Provide essential support for Student Information System (SIS) components that integrate with EAB
- Navigate, including but not limited to:
- Student groups
- Class scheduling data
- Application data
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the application support team as needed.
- Analytical skills required.
- General understanding of software support principles.
- General understanding of information security principles.
- Understanding of non-instructional college operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with an understanding of VBA.
- Knowledge of relational databases and data integration methodologies.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
- Exceptional ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to collaboratively develop and document business processes with functional experts to optimize information system utilization.
- Understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Coursework in Computer Information Systems or equivalent training and substantial experience in systems integration.
- Demonstrated ability to design, install, configure, integrate, and maintain complex computer software systems.
- Experience in Higher Education.
- Experience with cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
