Job Description:
Objective
Develop a clear, data-driven recommendation for the client’s future loan platform strategy—centered on LoanIQ—and produce a concise, actionable implementation roadmap.
Role Overview
The LoanIQ Architect / SME will lead a structured assessment of current lending processes, technology, and integrations, and define the optimal target-state architecture. This role will outline the approach, deliverables, team structure, and timeline required to execute the recommended roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a Rapid Diagnostic of current-state lending workflows, data flows, and LoanIQ usage.
- Identify platform gaps, operational pain points, and future scaling requirements.
- Recommend the target-state loan platform strategy (LoanIQ enhancements, modernization, integrations, or alternative models).
- Define the project approach, key deliverables, required team composition, and high-level timeline for implementation.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across Operations, Technology, Risk, and Finance.
- Serve as primary SME on LoanIQ functionality, configuration options, and integration considerations.
- Present findings and the roadmap to senior leadership clearly and concisely.
Qualifications
- Hands-on LoanIQ experience (functional or technical).
- Strong understanding of syndicated lending, servicing, and loan lifecycle processes.
- Experience developing target-state architecture or platform strategy within financial services.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills.
