We are seeking an experienced Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Developer with a strong analytical and engineering focus to join our Marketing Optimization team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with journey management, business stakeholders, MarTech, data science & analytics, and architecture teams to develop innovative solutions that enable insightful, omni-channel customer journey analyses. As the Adobe CJA Development Lead, your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining high-quality Data Views, ensuring data integrity, and developing advanced analytics solutions to optimize key customer journeys and marketing performance.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

Salary: $140K-$145K

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain Data Views and Connections within Adobe CJA, ensuring optimal data structuring for advanced analytics.
  • Leverage deep expertise in Adobe CJA to continuously optimize data views and reporting frameworks, incorporating the latest Adobe feature releases and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Journey Management teams to ensure alignment between Adobe CJA and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) for accurate and actionable analytics.
  • Design and implement workarounds for product limitations, crafting custom reporting solutions to meet complex analytical requirements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies, quality issues, and engineering inefficiencies, ensuring high data accuracy and reliability.
  • Develop and document robust data governance frameworks, best practices, and standardized methodologies for CJA implementation.
  • Partner with MarTech, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to define data flows and integrations across Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), AJO, and other MarTech tools.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Customer Journey Analytics with Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP) and Adobe Analytics (AA) to provide holistic customer insights.
  • Provide training and support to analytics and marketing teams on best practices for using CJA, interpreting data, and leveraging insights.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, Adobe roadmap updates, and evolving marketing analytics best practices, proactively recommending enhancements and new capabilities.

Experience Requirements:
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe CJA, including Connections, Data Views, and advanced analytics features.
  • Strong conceptual and functional expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
  • Experience integrating and analyzing data from multiple sources, including paid media, first-party data, and real-time behavioral data.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and data ingestion processes within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, customer segmentation, and marketing automation best practices.
  • Experience in the Sports, Media, or Entertainment industry is a plus

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience.


Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
