Description:
This initiative is in its early planning stages and will drive a major SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation across enterprise systems. The environment blends Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and the role demands a seasoned Project Manager with strong Scrum Master capabilities.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $65 - $75 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment
  • Drive SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation efforts, focusing on supply chain, UX, custom code remediation, and satellite system integrations
  • Collaborate with system integrators and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution
  • Oversee SDLC processes and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
  • Manage project financials including cost control, budgeting, and change management
  • Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining stakeholder alignment and technical leadership
  • Support process optimization and data migration initiatives, including cloud/hyperscaler transitions
  • Utilize Clarity PPM for project tracking and reporting (preferred)

Experience Requirements:
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as both a Project Manager and Scrum Master (must have both)
  • Should have 5+ years of working experience as a
  • Strong background in SAP S/4HANA, specifically in migration and transformation projects
  • Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments
  • Excellent communication skills with system integrators and third-party vendors
  • Deep understanding of SDLC and enterprise-level project delivery
  • Financial management expertise: cost control, budgeting, and change management
  • Experience with data migrations, cloud platforms/hyperscalers, and process optimization
  • Familiarity with SAP modules including supply chain, UX, integrations, and custom code remediation
  • Strong stakeholder and technical leadership presence
  • Solid risk management capabilities
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset
  • Experience with Clarity PPM is a plus

Bachelors' Degree

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
