About the Project:
"LeaseWave", a flagship product of Odessa, is one of the leading software products in leasing industry. Also known as "Odessa Platform", LeaseWave is an internet-based configurable leasing software that facilitates automating the leasing business operations. Truist uses LeaseWave for its equipment finance business and structured real estate business portfolios. Truist proposes to upgrade from current LeaseWave version 4 to LeaseWave version 5. The upgrade involves:
Implementation of different tech stacks, data models
Rebuilding all interfaces Enhancement of existing functionalities
Introducing additional modules for leasing, invoicing and payment
New reporting capabilities Migration of all existing lease contracts for equipment finance and structured real estate portfolios from version 4 to version 5
LeaseWave/Odessa Platform SME:
As an SME in leasing business, specializing in LeaseWave product, you will be a key player from Infosys domain consulting team and collaborate between Truist (the end user of the product) and Odessa (the product vendor). You will be an effective and influential communicator, capable of interacting with multiple external vendors and app owners from Truist who interface with LeaseWave. You will help discover and define the upgrade effort, evaluate the solution and implementation options and suggest the most optimal solution substantiating the rationale behind the recommendations. You will facilitate design discussions between Odessa and Truist tech teams, oversee the design and implementation artifacts and actively participate and lead deployment exercise for the upgrade version. You will also lead migration of all existing contracts to the upgrade version once deployment of the new version is complete. Post deployment, you will also oversee knowledge transfer, facilitate preparing knowledge and training documents for operations team and line of business.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 6 years of experience with Information Technology.
Preferred Experiences:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience leasing business IT solutions.
- Experience with LeaseWave/Odessa platform.
- Experience with LeaseWave upgrade/data migration.
- Experience with data validations post migration.
- Strong understanding of internet-based platform implementation.
- Strong understanding of security and firewall requirements vis- -vis implementation and interaction with vendor applications.
- Ability to communicate at leadership level.
- Conversant with Scaled Agile or similar Agile framework.
- Good understanding of business process and effectively use Design principals and automation to optimize the process.
- Align with product manager, operations team and line of business s to clearly articulate upgrade implementation and data migration strategy.
- Operate with little supervision and troubleshoot complex problems, to recommend appropriate actions
- Partner with solution architects and other technical leads to ensure their solutions effectively address program priorities while balancing client experience and technical integrity.
- Provide simulated, prototype and product demos to key stakeholders
- Lead production business validations, in partnership with product manager
- Connect and align Commercial Truist application migration strategy with Enterprise requirements for data migration
- Coordinate with testing partners and execute functional test cases
- At least 5 years of experience in requirement elicitation techniques like JAD/sessions, workshops, interviews, surveys etc.
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis tools like HP ALM and MS Visio
- At least 3 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
- At least 3 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
