About the Role:
We are seeking a Delivery Assurance Analyst to support delivery assurance activities for commercial programs and lead detailed recovery actions with suppliers and Collins sites to ensure adherence to program delivery schedules.

This role is well suited for candidates with experience in supply chain, delivery assurance, or production support, particularly those who excel at monitoring performance metrics, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and driving schedule recovery initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead project execution for schedule recovery efforts.
* Managing / supporting program projects such as reliability, in-service issues, producibility, cost reduction
* Provide detail line of balances with robust actions of various production hardware to the customer facing team.
* Managing burndown of SRI"s (Supplier Requested Information) that will require the coordination with program managers, Engineering, Quality & Supply Chain.
* Coordinating with the Power & Controls and Global Operations Sites and Supply Chain to drive on time delivery for commercial programs.
* Provide daily updates into the Boeing Open Order Tracking System (BOOTS) and Embraer Ariba system.

Must-Have Qualifications:
* Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
* Prior experience in supply chain, materials planning, or supplier support roles
* Strong communication and coordination skills across internal and external stakeholders
* Basic root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
* U.S. Citizenship required due to contract and export control requirements

Preferred Qualifications:
* Associate or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or relevant field
* Background in supplier management, production planning, quality assurance, or delivery assurance
* Familiarity with manufacturing environments in aerospace, automotive, defense, or other high-reliability industries
