We are seeking a seasoned SAP GTS Functional Lead to support a mid-stream E4H (ECC to S/4HANA) conversion project. The project is entering Cycle 3 of 6, with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scheduled for August 2025 and Go-Live planned for October 20, 2025. The candidate will be responsible for functional oversight, stakeholder interaction, testing support, and system conversion-related activities.
- Lead and support SAP GTS functional aspects in E4H conversion projects.
- Collaborate with Project Manager (PM) to manage project scope, identify risks, and escalate issues.
- Provide input during status review calls and stakeholder meetings regarding functional areas.
- Offer functional reviewer support during non-production system activities (i.e., testing cycles).
- Assist in UAT preparation, execution, and issue resolution.
- Provide functional coverage and support during production conversion and cutover phases.
- 10+ years of SAP experience, with strong exposure to SAP GTS (Global Trade Services).
- Hands-on experience in S/4HANA conversion projects, particularly from ECC to S/4HANA (E4H).
- At least 2 full-cycle SAP GTS implementations/conversions.
- Experience working in hybrid project environments with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage UAT, system validation, and production deployment from a functional perspective.
- Strong communication skills and experience in supporting project management and stakeholder updates.
- Functional lead roles in past GTS transformation or upgrade projects.
- Familiarity with customs management, compliance management, and risk management modules in GTS.
- Prior experience supporting SAP Go-Lives and cutover strategy.
