We are seeking a Staff Engineer to spearhead the AI function within a cutting edge organisation, set to revolutionize the drug discovery landscape. You will be responsible for architecting and developing the next-gen AI platform, services, and governance framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and security.
- Establish AI model governance standards and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Stay on top of emerging AI trends, driving innovation across the organization.
- Oversee cloud and AI services, ensuring robust CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
About You:
- 8+ years in software development, with strong AI/ML experience.
- PhD, MSc, BSc in a related Data / Biology field
- Expertise in AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure).
- Proven leadership with a passion for mentoring and shaping technical solutions.
Compensation:
- Salary: $200k - $300k
