Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in business, life sciences, or related field.
- 3 5 years in account management, business development, or external manufacturing within pharma/biotech.
- Experience managing third-party manufacturing relationships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with GMP/GxP guidelines and manufacturing documentation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
