Security/ Compliance Analyst- FedRamp

Job Description This Engineering company is a rapidly growing and profitable information security company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are seeking a information security auditor/assessor to work in remotely. This role will assess compliance against regulatory requirements and security frameworks. This will require the best qualified candidate to map our customer's business strategy to the right security implementation, prioritizing remediation and corrective actions against the goals and budget for the business. The role will require technical testing of customers including penetration testing/ethical hacking, social engineering and vulnerability technical evaluation.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, passionate about information security and compliance and eager to enhance their career working at a cyber-security managed service company. This is a full-time senior-level position with a lot of growth opportunity through training and career development paid for by the company. Required Skills & Experience

• B.S. in a technical field or additional 5 years of experience
• FedRamp experience is required.
• 7+ years working in Information Security
• 3+ years of experience as an auditor or building remediation plans/performing gap analysis.
• CISSP, Security+, CAP, GIAC, or CEH or applicable security certification(s)
• Experience conducting technical testing such as penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, etc.
• Demonstrated experience learning and growing through continuing informal or formal education.

Preferred Experience

• AWS Security Specialty certification
