Job Details

  • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our dynamic team. The PSR serves as the primary point of contact for patients both in person and over the phone, ensuring a welcoming, professional experience while supporting administrative tasks and clinical workflows.

    Required Qualifications:

    2 years of recent experience working in an outpatient clinic or medical office setting.

    Strong understanding of medical insurance, referral processes, and benefit plans.

    Proficiency inEpic systems.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    2+ years of recent experience as a Patient Service Representative.

    Familiarity with medical terminology.
