Job Title: Sr Java Full Stack Developer with React and Databricks (Locals and near by states only) Duration: 6+ Months Location: Houston, TX (Onsite) Visa: Any visa except OPT and CPT Years of experience required: 12+ years
Note from the client: Building from scratch so they need Hands on react and java, understand end to end flow. Full stack. Should be able to answer How you build Java service from scratch They need to build it in the next two months, should be able to jump in and implement end to end. Coding exercise they are given is basic but people are falling short and failing on both react and java The Worker will apply their expert knowledge and experience as a Mainframe z/OS Systems Programmer to support both the needs of the Legacy Systems as well as those for the Mainframe Transformation Team. Description: We are looking for Full Stack Developers who can work across the frontend and backend. You will focus on Java Spring Boot microservices, event-driven architecture, and Google Cloud Platform integrations, while also contributing to frontend integration with Java APIs. Responsibilities: Design and implement Java Spring Boot microservices using established patterns. Build RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs for frontend consumption. Integrate frontend React applications with backend Java APIs. Work with event-driven architecture (Kafka, Pub/Sub). Integrate with Google Cloud Platform Dataflow, Cloud SQL, and Databricks. Implement secure authentication using SSO and JWT. Write unit and integration tests for both backend and API-driven frontend features. Collaborate with frontend team to ensure seamless API integration. Required Skills: 6+ years of backend experience in Java Spring Boot. Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns. Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka, Pub/Sub). Google Cloud Platform expertise Dataflow, Cloud SQL, and Databricks integration. Proven experience integrating frontend React applications with backend Java APIs. Strong knowledge of OAuth2/JWT security.
