Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Elicit, analyze, and validate business and data requirements from stakeholders.
Define and document business and system use cases using industry-standard methodologies.
Conduct workshops, interviews, questionnaires, and workflow analysis to gather requirements.
Develop and maintain user guides, technical documentation, process models, wireframes, charts, and specifications.
Translate customer requirements into functional and technical requirements for developers and stakeholders.
Perform data analysis for accuracy, integrity, and quality; identify duplicate records and data errors.
Support testing efforts by creating test plans, validating data, and performing functional, system, regression, and UAT testing.
Provide accurate estimates for documentation tasks and proactively resolve potential issues.
Act as liaison between business units and development teams to ensure effective communication.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of relevant experience in technical writing, business analysis, and system documentation.
Expertise in creating use cases, process models, diagrams, and specifications.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, queries, and scripts.
Experience in testing methodologies (functional, performance, regression, UAT, security).
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
