Job Details

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in technical support, helpdesk troubleshooting, and access management.
  • Strong understanding of workflow processes, security protocols, and IT systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting SharePoint & Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent communication skills to assist non-technical users effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Prior experience supporting government environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator.
