Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in technical support, helpdesk troubleshooting, and access management.
- Strong understanding of workflow processes, security protocols, and IT systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting SharePoint & Microsoft 365.
- Excellent communication skills to assist non-technical users effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience supporting government environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator.
